The Open Forge is a personal change program led by Mark Wadie for people who are ready to break free from behaviours, habits, or patterns that no longer serve them. Whether it's anger, substance use, self-sabotage, or simply feeling stuck, the program is designed for anyone who genuinely wants to make a change.

Using hypnotherapy, behavioural coaching, and other proven techniques, Mark helps participants uncover and address the root causes of their challenges, rather than just managing the symptoms. Through a structured and supportive process, participants build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

Every engagement is personalised. There's no standard curriculum - what you work on is determined by what you actually need, not a predetermined list of topics. That said, the following are available in every Open Forge engagement.

One-on-one sessions with Mark Wadie
Direct, personal sessions with a qualified NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Coach Psychotherapist. Conducted in-person in Canberra.

Personalised Focus
Your sessions are shaped by your specific triggers, patterns, and goals. What you work on is yours, not a standard module designed for someone else's situation.

Anger and Conflict Work
Understanding where your anger comes from, what triggers it, and - crucially - how to respond to it before it costs you. Practical tools for high-pressure moments, not just theory.

Substance and Relapse Support
If substances are part of the picture, sessions address the underlying triggers driving use, strategies for managing cravings, and building a relapse prevention approach that actually fits your life.

Accountability and Mentoring
Ongoing, honest accountability between sessions. Mark will call you out when you slip, track what's actually changing, and keep the work grounded in reality, not just what happens in the room.
